May 2026 — Interdoc launches. The Interdoc service is live in beta on the Servatech infrastructure, offering international document (ICD) and parcel (ICP) courier services from South Africa to 248 destination countries. We'll be publishing operational updates here as the service stabilises and the network grows.

Operational alerts

Any service-affecting news — destination country customs delays, network outages, holiday cut-off dates — will be posted here as soon as we know about it. Subscribers to the Interdoc newsletter receive these alerts by email.
