Careers at Interdoc
Interdoc is a small, focused team. We hire infrequently but seriously — when we do, we're looking for people who think customer-first, take ownership end-to-end, and prefer fixing the root cause to escalating the symptom.
Roles we typically hire for
- Operations & dispatch — Johannesburg, Cape Town, or Durban. Customer-facing, logistics-fluent, comfortable with route planning and waybill paperwork.
- Customs documentation specialist — Johannesburg. Knowledge of SARS export procedure, HS coding, and INCO terms.
- Multilingual customer support — anywhere in SA. Fluency in English plus at least one of Spanish, French, or Portuguese.
- Driver-couriers — major metros. Valid PrDP, clean record, customer-service mindset.
How we work
- Small team, big surface area. You will be asked to do things outside your job title. We compensate that with autonomy and direct access to decision-makers.
- Customer focus. An unhappy customer ruins someone's week. Every role at Interdoc has at least one customer touchpoint, and we expect everyone to feel it personally.
- Long-term thinking. We're building Interdoc to outlast us. Decisions optimise for the customer in five years, not the metric this month.
