Track a Shipment

International tracking is currently agent-assisted: enter your Interdoc waybill number and your email, and we’ll respond promptly with the latest status from our destination partners. We’re rolling out an automated tracking system soon — for now, every request is handled personally by our SA-based team.

What you’ll need

  • Your waybill number — begins with INT followed by a six-digit order number (e.g. INT000042). You’ll find it on the booking confirmation email, on your printed waybill, or in your account under Orders.
  • The email you booked with — so we can confirm you’re the sender or consignee on the shipment.

How long it takes us to respond

Tracking requests are answered during South African business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 SAST). We typically respond within a few hours. If your shipment is in destination customs, we may already be working on a clearance update before you ask — but submitting a tracking request flags it for a fresh status pull from our destination-country agent.
